Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Strap
Carefully place the unworn strap in its original Hirsch packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
